What vaccines does my dog need?
For the health and safety of all our guests, proof of vaccination is required for rabies, distemper combo, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the canine influenza and leptospirosis vaccinations.

What are your dog boarding drop off/pick up hours?
To avoid our “daycare drop-off rush,” we recommend dog boarding guests be dropped off between 10 am and 12 noon. This gives your pup a chance to meet lots of new friends (either dog or human) and enjoy plenty of playtime as they settle in.
Pet parents are welcome to drop off and pick up any time during our operating hours, which are 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays. After-hours checkout may be accommodated for an additional fee.
What do I need to bring?
Our Madison, CT dog boarding facility is equipped with most things your pup needs to have a spectacular stay. We provide a raised bed with a fleece topper, fresh water, and fun, safe, toys.
We ask you please bring your pet’s usual food, bagged and labeled per serving. We recommend zipper baggies for easy portioning. If your pet takes any medications, please bring them in their original containers with written instructions.
Can my multiple dogs stay together?
Absolutely, our spacious rooms and suites are perfect for doggie siblings. In fact, additional dogs in the same accommodation receive 25% off their base nightly lodging.
Can you give my pet his/her medications?
We’re able to administer oral and topical medications for a small fee, or included as part of our TLC Package. However, we’re not able to provide injections. If your pet receives insulin or other injections, we recommend contacting your veterinarian for the best dog boarding options.
Is an activity package required?
A consistent activity and interaction schedule is so important for the best dog boarding stay, so we do require that each dog receive one of our activity packages. This lets pet parents choose the perfect amounts of exercise, engagement, and amenities for their furry loved one’s visit.
What is a special feeding charge and why do you have it?
Our standard overnight care includes twice-daily feedings of your pet’s own food. We’re happy to feed your pet to your specifications, and we have microwaves, refrigerators, and freezers on hand. However, if your dog is on a raw diet or has numerous components to their meals, there may be a small extra charge to accommodate the extra time and care needed.
