What vaccinations are required?
To protect the health of our guests, we require current vaccination for:

Are reservations required for dog boarding?
Because safety is so important to us, we always want to schedule the right amount of staff for the expected number of dogs every day. Can you accept dogs who aren’t spayed/neutered?
Yes, intact dogs are welcome at Wiggles. Pets over 8 months who aren’t spayed/neutered will enjoy personalized, one-on-one play instead of group play. For safety reasons, we can’t accommodate female dogs who are approaching, currently in, or just finishing a heat cycle.
When can I drop off and pick up my dog?
Pet parents may drop off or pick up any time during our operating hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7 am – 6 pm
- Saturday: 10 am – 4 pm
- Sunday: Closed
For the smoothest check-in experience, we suggest dropping off between 10 am and 12 noon, outside of our busy daycare arrival period.
What should I bring?
Please bring your dog’s regular food to keep them on the diet they’re used to, portioned into individual servings in zipper bags or small containers with your pet’s name clearly marked. If your pet takes medications, please bring them in their original containers with clearly written instructions.
All of your pet’s other needs are provided, including comfortable private lodging, raised beds with fresh bedding, food and water bowls, safe toys, and plenty of affection.
I have more than one dog, can they stay together?
Absolutely. Many of our accommodations are spacious enough for doggie siblings from the same household to share. Additional pets staying in the same room or suite receive 20% off their nightly lodging.
Can you administer medications?
Our highly trained caregivers can administer oral and topical medications for a small fee per dose. For pets receiving multiple medications, our TLC Package offers unlimited medication administration.
Please bring all medications in their original containers with written instructions. Please do not mix medications into food; doses are administered by hand under supervision to ensure they’re properly received.
We’re not able to provide injected medications, including insulin, but can recommend a veterinarian-owned facility if needed.
Is an activity package required?
Dogs thrive on routine, engagement, and play, especially when away from home. To ensure every guest enjoys the most fulfilling stay, selection of an activity package is required. Our team can help you choose the best fit for your dog.
Can you accommodate special diets?
We’re happy to prepare meals exactly as directed and have a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave in our kitchen. Standard care includes two daily feedings of your pet’s usual diet.
If your dog requires additional feedings, a raw diet, or multiple food components, a small special feeding charge may apply for the extra preparation needed.
