- Fun Playtimes: Whether your dog prefers social group play or one-on-one play with a caregiver, we’ll keep them exercised, engaged, and entertained. With multiple beautiful play yards to run, romp, and explore, every pup can enjoy the best of the great outdoors in total safety and supervision.
- Gourmet Treats: A tasty, wholesome treat is the cherry on top of your pet’s fun day! We prepare our treats in-house with a rotation of flavors such as peanut butter, chicken, mashed potato, and more.

We specialize in personalized service for every pet and family, providing the comfort, enrichment, and protection all dogs deserve. Are reservations required?
Safety is our top priority, and we depend on reservations to maintain ideal staffing levels every day. That’s why we require reservations for all of our services. Please give us a call to book your pet’s stay— short-notice reservations can often be accommodated outside of holiday periods.
What vaccines does my dog need?
For the safety and health of all our guests, we require proof of vaccination for any of our services. This includes rabies, the distemper combo, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the vaccinations for canine influenza and leptospirosis.
Additionally, the state of CT requires us to have a copy of your town dog license and rabies certificate.
How do I make a reservation?
Please give us a call at (860) 349-8493 to get started. Since all of our dog boarding reservations are highly customized, a knowledgeable Reservations team member will be happy to assist and answer all your questions.
My pet isn’t spayed or neutered. Can they still come to Wiggles?
Yes, Wiggles is open to pets who aren’t spayed or neutered! Their playtimes will be provided one-on-one with a caregiver instead of in playgroups. Please note we can’t accept dogs who are currently in or near a heat cycle.
What are your dog boarding drop off/pick up hours?
Pet parents are welcome to pick up and drop off for dog boarding anytime during our operation hours, which are 7 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays. After-hours checkout may be arranged for a small additional fee.
We generally recommend dropping off between 10 AM and 12 noon for the quickest check-in, after our typical morning daycare dropoffs.
What do I need to bring?
To keep your pet on their usual diet, we ask you please bring their food bagged and labeled per serving. For pets who take medications, please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions.
We’ll take care of the rest! Our Old Saybrook dog boarding facility is outfitted with raised beds, soft bedding, clean food/water bowls, and lots of fun, safe toys, so no need to bring any from home.
Can my multiple dogs stay together?
Of course! Our spacious suites are perfect for multi-dog families, and additional pets staying in the same suite receive 25% off their nightly lodging.
Can you give my pet his/her medications?
Yes, our highly trained team can provide oral and topical medications for a small fee per dose. For dogs who take several or frequent medications, we recommend our TLC Package, which includes unlimited medicine administration.
However, we’re not able to provide injections including insulin.
What is a special feeding charge and why do you have it?
Two daily feedings are included in your pup’s overnight care, and we have a fridge, freezer, and microwave on-site if needed. If meals contain multiple components or require special preparation, such as a raw diet, a small special feeding charge may apply to accommodate the extra time and care involved.
